I find the features available, information presented, and configuration flexibility to be far superior to any other such app I have tried. I've even disabled my phone's stock map/navigation app in favor of Locus Pro. That said, I will say yet again in yet another rating that I personally do not like the Material theme. I think it looks like a toy. The interface was better before the Material update. -Ken
I've been trying different GPS apps and I think this has every feature ever BUT it isn't a cluttered mess. In fact the learning curve is rather nice. Offline maps too! -Keith
A wonderful app for outdoors without alternatives on the market but has a number of serious issues. It's missing large islands in the Ladoga lake (Valaam, Karelia region, Russia), missing major rivers (Kwae river along the railroad Kanchanaburi - Nam Tok in Thailand), and some others. This is unacceptable for a hiking app and should be fixed ASAP. I've tried to create an issue in Locus helpdesk, but without success. -Dannie
