I'm really surprised about just how thorough Your Own Gym app is. Each VARIATION of each exercise is described with step-by-step images, and the video add-on also addresses each variation. I'm using this to time -- and track -- your workouts is also very intuitive. I'm 5 weeks into a 10 week program and regret not having it from the start. -Matthew
This app helps keep you on the YAYOG program as it has all 4 levels (Basic, First Class, Master, Chief) of workouts in all their variations (Ladders, Intervals, Supersets, Tabatas, Stappers). I give it 4 rather than 5 stars because the custom workout builder could be better. For example, when building a Tabatas workout, there is no way to add rest between different exercises. When building a Stappers workout, there is no way to vary the number of reps per exercise in the stapper, etc.. -Mark
An app rich in content for home workouts! This is such a well designed app. Lots of organization and structure. The workouts themselves are nicely categorized from the beginner to the well seasoned individuals. My personal favorites are the leg workouts. -James
