This is a really good side-scroller, with many improvements on the original. However, if you use the Home button while playing Arcade mode your progress is saved, but doing this logs you out from Google Play and upon finishing your Arcade run your score will not be saved to the leaderboard. There is no way to login again until you get back to the main menu. -Gabe
I played the original Gunslugs on both my Note 3 and my Galaxy Note Pro. The upshot to Gunslugs 2 is more of the same fun run-and-gun sidescrolling action. The downside is more or less the same as the original, but with a Mr. T A-Team reference thrown in. Overall still fun, but if it were a PC game, it would feel like an expansion rather than a whole new game. -Adam
I got this because it was the editor's choice. Unfortunately not my cup of tea. Nothing surprising or anything that sticks out in this 2D side scroller, just plain and quick action without much reward. I did enjoy the humor in the very beginning. In the description of this game, it says 'Don't take it too serious!' I guess this is supposed to be a game where you can just turn off your mind. Kevin
Played on a Galaxy Note 4 running 5.01 using a Moga Pro controller, I have zero loading issues with my device. It loads the game quickly just like the original version, so it must be more of a device issue on Lollipop because I personally don't have any issues. -Mark
