Kairosoft's latest sim port has finally hit android in the quirky Anime Studio Story apk version 1.0.6 which is available for free download on our site. The modded apk features unlimited money for you to make it big. This game puts you to work running a business in charge of an Anime Studio.

It's like, a spiritual successor of sorts. It makes you feel like you're almost playing the game that started it all, almost. Unfortunately it's simply a stripped down version of such a brilliant classic, I mean sure it has some new features such as character creation, but it removed so much of what made the former great. It just feels bare bones. Though I craved the simplicity of the original game, this one does it badly, and takes it way too far. -Dylan
I'm a fan of kairosoft games, but this is a little phoned in unfortunately. Anime Studio Story pales in comparison to game dev story. It also suffers from performance issues on my lg g3 for some reason which makes it tough to enjoy. -Dave
It recycles many concepts, base animations and ideas of their previous games, but that isn't always a bad thing. I think it would be amazing if the devs updated it occasionally with more sub contracts, as that list seems a bit limited. I really would have liked the ability to add multiple characters in a single show, maybe build relations between them or something. -Nathan
It has the art design and humour that I love about these games but this experience is far too linear. I feel like I have very little control over my virtual studio. There should have been more features. -Matthew
