This little gem delivers exactly what it promises, an old school side scrolling hack-n-slash platformer. Not overtly money grabbing but you can expect to do some grinding. I honestly would have no problem throwing a few bucks into this one every month or so. Attack vocals in Arcane Soul can get a tad repetitive and some actual combat dialogue would really make this one shine. -Gary
The graphics are unique, anime style but the texture is not so clear. However, it's good in trade with high FPS. The animation is fluid, skills played flawlessly and the transitions are cool. Gameplay is awesome and the RPG part is well-made, many stats to invest, items and pets to achieve, three characters to choose, encourage different builds. The action part is simply the best I've seen, exciting combat and combos make me hype every time I play, fighting bosses is challenging. -Ben
For a mobile rpg it's one of the best. Arcane Soul Plus is a bit like Elsword as far as gameplay goes. At early levels it is a lot of fun but starts to slow down a lot once you get to normal mode. -Dalton
This is a good game but I'm disappointed that the third character isn't a real one! You can't learn new skills, her combos aren't fun and you can't even gear her. I would give 4 or 5 stars but the third character is lazy and even insulting. -Kendall
