I tried the game out but you don't have enough things to do. The crooks need maybe milestone skills for reaching certain levels with them like increased speed. Perhaps add more things to use gems for. I only saw 2x profit for 24 hours and the R&D, maybe add criminal and having upgrades cheaper by a certain amount when you spend gems on it. Very Bad Company looks good and shows promise and I will check again in a couple months but at the moment it's just fluff. Also, there should be a option to go inside your own building and decorate your office. And have workers on the floors below you counting money, walking around, and chatting.
